Kaprun ima 50 km staza i udaljen je 9 km od mesta Zell am See. Prednost oba mesta je blizina grada Salcburga i to što su međusobno dobro povezana. Ski bus i sistem žičara su uključeni u jedan ski pas koji pokriva oba mesta i čine skijalište od ukupno 134 km ski staza (skijališta nisu povezana sistemom žičara, već ski busom)

In winter, guests will find the ski lift right next to the hotel. Downhill and cross-country skiing facilities are located just some 100 m from the property. The bus station is around 350 m away and the train station roughly 6 km away. Lake Zell is around 6 km away and Sigmund Thun Klamm Gorge is about 4.4 km away. Salzburg Airport is approximately 100 km from the hotel and Vienna International Airport is around 420 km away.
